She has over 25 years’ experience in general corporate and financial law. She has particular expertise in corporate acquisitions and disposals, investment projects, and the related deal structuring, due diligence and deal project management. Her experience covers both buy-side and sell-side engagements, and also extends to private equity, venture capital, secured transactions and international financial transactions, as well as corporate restructuring and shareholder dispute matters. Nicole advises a wide range of Belgian and international clients, including corporations and investment funds active in the areas of industry, logistics, services, media, entertainment and information technology. She is Honorary Past President of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) and a former Member of the Audit and Advice Committee of the High Council for Justice. Nicole obtained her law degree from the University of Ghent.

A commercial lawyer and litigator, Jan is mainly active in trade practices (advertising, promotions, branding), compliance with data protection regulations, new media and electronic commerce, and in the field of commercial intermediaries (distribution and franchising). He has particular industry knowledge of fashion retail chains, the promotion services industry, supermarkets, automotive and industrial manufacturing.

Jan regularly advises large manufacturers and retailers in their commercial contracts and litigation work, including related intellectual property work.

He has a law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven).
