She advises both Belgian and international clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters and regularly assists in the structuring and implementation of complex corporate operations. Before joining the firm, she gained experience in tax litigation and corporate advisory at leading Belgian law firms. She holds advanced degrees in Corporate Law and in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven, and a Master of Laws with a specialization in Tax Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Alexia is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Tatiana’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law, information technology, data protection, and commercial law. In these fields, she advises both Belgian and international clients and represents them in litigation before the Belgian courts and other dispute resolution bodies.

 Tatiana holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and IT Law (IP/IT) from KU Leuven. Tatiana has been a member of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar since 2023. She joined MVVP in 2025. Before she gained experience in commercial and corporate law at a Belgian law firm, after having worked in the field of data protection.
