She has successfully advised and represented clients in complex and high-value deals across various sectors, such as sports, media, entertainment, banking, and technology. Nicole is also a trusted advisor in family business matters. Nicole is the current Chair of the Closely Held Companies Committee of the International Bar Association. She is also the past Chair of AIJA - International Young Lawyers Association. Nicole graduate from Universiteit Gent and she is also a certified director by Guberna, the Belgian Institute of Directors, and an advisor for family businesses by the Institute for Family Businesses. She has completed several executive education programs at prestigious institutions, such as INSEAD and Antwerp Management School. Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2019, Muhamet has focused his practice primarily on commercial law and corporate law.

His experience also includes commercial litigation, assisting clients at every stage of the proceedings — from pre-litigation strategy and risk assessment to trial representation and enforcement. He adopts a proactive approach to dispute resolution, aiming to preserve business relationships whenever possible. He regularly handles contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, and business liability claims

He joined MVVP in 2025 and works in French, English and Albanian.
