Alexia is active in the field of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder relations, and corporate governance. She advises both Belgian and international clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters and regularly assists in the structuring and implementation of complex corporate operations.

Before joining the firm, she gained experience in tax litigation and corporate advisory at leading Belgian law firms. She holds advanced degrees in Corporate Law and in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven, and a Master of Laws with a specialization in Tax Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Alexia is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
