Stefaan has built up particular expertise in the various legal aspects of real estate transactions. He also specializes in legal matters relating to public sector activity. In property matters, he acts, inter alia, as lead counsel for various property funds, international retailers and public and private investors.

Stefaan obtained his law degree at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) (1985).
