Siedse Willems is Counsel in MVVP’s Commercial department.

Siedse is active in a range of commercial sectors including distribution, logistics and transport, construction and real estate, contractual disputes, insolvency, energy, technology and media. He has particular experience in conflict management and litigation and regularly assist clients in dispute resolution strategy.

Over the years, Siedse has also developed extensive experience in attachment proceedings and asset recovery.

Siedse is a member of the Brussels Bar and obtained his law degree from the University of Ghent in 2017.
