It is a fact: the corona crisis slows down all (economic) activities. However, legal issues never rest. Can you still proceed? And if so, is it recommended in these very particular circumstances? Courts & tribunals take measures to tackle some issues. These are based on the compulsory guidelines from the College of courts & tribunals. Besides, we do expect the Belgian government to adopt legislative measures in the coming days. Nevertheless, it is important to know what can be done or cannot be done for the moment.
