Olivier Sasserath
Profile: Olivier's activity focuses on issues in relation with intellectual property law, entertainment law, as well as on issues regarding information technology.
He represents and advises many clients in those sectors, as well as in the fields of advertising, communication and electronic commerce, including files relating to the processing of personal data, fair trade practices and questions of competition applied to intellectual property rights.
His activities also involve advising clients on issues regarding biotech, license agreements, trademark and domain name and representation of clients in proceedings regarding these matters (including descriptive seizure orders).
Olivier regularly publishes articles in legal magazines such as Revue Lamy du Droit de l'Immatériel (RLDI), Computer Law Review International and the Entertainment law review, Auteurs & Media.
