He joined the Brussels Bar in 2005 and has worked with MVVP since the start of his career. An active runner since joining the Bar, Carl has won the yearly lawyer’s run twice. He obtained a law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven), which included a year of study at Université Jean Moulin - Lyon (France). In addition, Carl earned a further master’s degree in intellectual property law at the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel (KU Brussels). Since joining MVVP in 2005, Vicky has been practising in the areas of intellectual property law, media & entertainment law and fair trade practices. She advises Belgian and foreign clients regarding all aspects of these practice areas and has acquired broad experience in litigation work.

She started her career at the Brussels Bar in 2001 in the commercial and litigation department of DLA Piper in Brussels where she dealt mainly with issues related to general commercial law (distribution, commercial agency, real estate, lease, etc.).

Vicky obtained her law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB – 2001).
